Mr. Castanaga,
I have to disagree ]with you with your statement: "Dagupan city councilors are responsible adults". Responsible to their own agenda and pockets maybe, but certainly not to the Dagupan city people.
Case and point: It has been claimed that they passed a resolution authorizing the construction of the Magsaysay project. Where the heck is the document saying so? Are these people ILLITERATE that they could not come up with the correct language to put in i paper that will show the people that they had acted responsibly in behalf of the people?
I can tell you what happened: NABUKING itong mga clowncillors, that's why they now refuse to put the so called resolution on paper.
Until then, I will have to agree with Mr. Ermin Garcia, Jr. that these people are CLOWNCILORS and ONOR-ONORS, not councilors.
I hope the new administration will have the GUTS and the COJONES to correct the wrongs committed by the Lim administration. I hope it will be a TRANPARENT, ACCOUNTABLE, and RESPONSIBLE administration.
They can start by opening the accounting books for everyone to see and hold the city council administration in the public plaza and so the people can see where they stand on issues.
No more of that back room wheeling and dealing and contests how much they can steal contests amongst them.
What can you say, Dagupan city council members?
