Admiring contractor’s enthusiasm

My good friend Mr. Delfin, I like your skepticism over the Magsaysay project. It's not as complexed as Casecnan, the overpriced Macapagal Blvd in Manila or the lamp post scandal in Cebu. It's a simple backyard project surrounded by depressed areas desperately trying to refurbish itself. The project is moving on anyway.

Just sit tight and watch its development in a fast track manner. I admire the contractor's enthusiasm to complete the project on time. How many projects have we lost due to too much bickering, nosing around and wasteful countercharges? A lot.

This premier province needs all forms of infrastructures to shine. Let's give it a chance.
