Mr. Carrera,
I said it before in this forum and I will say it again, “Corruption exists in every country in the world.” The only difference is that each country use different systems of preventing and stopping outrageous malpractices.
From what I understand, you are a quality controller. People who are good in quality control should know that every system has qualities and efficiency. One might be better than the others.
A country does not use just one system for all the things that are needed to be done. A country uses lots of systems that are supposed to be complementing each other. It is just a common sense for a country to use the systems that are better, more efficient, more productive, more economical and more appropriate to suit the needs of the country and its people.
]What I am trying to point out in my previous post is that Canada is using better systems that are continually being improved to suit the needs of the country and it people.
If we want Philippines to be able to solve its many predicaments, move forward continuously and not being left behind by other countries, Filipinos should search for the right systems to use in order to accomplish its goals and must not stop improving them to make it perfect as much as possible.
If you think that my suggestions are insult to your intelligence then why not suggest what you think is better.
I am not here to insult anybody’s intelligence. I have lots of better things to do than that. I am quite sure that you can do those things without me.
