Mr. Oriel's Philippine Style Parliamentary Form of Government:
Whatever form of government will not work as long as the mentality of those who will be elected and the electorate is the same. The Parliamentary form is only being favored by some politicians for their own benefit-to have a chance to be the head of the state, like JDV.
JDV will never win to be a president in the present form-period. He will not even win as a senator. Let us not act and think like we were born yesterday and please do not insult our intelligence.
