Believe him or not

Speaker JDV is truly competent, no questions asked. He would not have lasted this long if he was not. But I pity those who think he is a clean politician. You are naive. Blind as a bat.

And as one poster in this forum has noted, he is causing disunity in his own party, probably for his personal gains. I don't want to be with his type of a person when the going gets rough or when I'm in the darkest of nights because his type is the one that will easily drop you for another when it favors him, just like what he has done recently to some of his partymates. Look at what he is doing now, protecting his own skin by declaring Pangasinan a free zone except in his own district. Now is that the mark of a fair man?

Of course, people will still vote for him because after all, he has done a lot for his district and his constituents will surely be blinded by this. But look at what happened when he ran for President. Granted, Erap is a popular man and that helped win the presidency for him. But it showed that people around the country know the truth about JDV.

Why doesn't JDV run for senator? He is capable, he certainly has the money. He has the Pangasinan vote at his side. Probably because he knows he can only fool his constituents in his district, but never the entire Philippines. Of course he can always say that he wants to serve his kabaleyans more. It's just up to us if we believe him or not.
