I am not surprised at all this coveted prize in journalism will be given on a golden platter to the Sunday Punch. First and foremost…it should be given. The Sunday Punch deserves such honor.

Time and again, the Sunday Punch showed its kind of journalism… no holds barred… in your face and the Deweyan determination against all odds. True to the ideals laid down by Ermin Garcia Sr., with the unblemished adherence to the Socratic dictum, this Sunday Punch is a newspaper to be reckoned with in years to come.

For me and the rest of the posters at the Forum, it's an honor to be a part in this journalistic search for the truth. I am proud to say…..fascinating.
