Population and Corruption:

Anyone who believes that either population or corruption is the culprit that is causing the problems in the Philippines is biased and thinks that the readers of this forum are stupid.

I do not believe the reverend Oscar Cruz who indicated that corruption is the only culprit as to why the Filipinos are in the situation they are in presently. Before he can make that assertion, he must know that the readers of this forum will not just take his word like the gospel.

I was expecting that Mr. Pontaoe would make that usual dissection of the reverend's column.
