We have the so-called Pangasinan Culture and Arts Council organized by Gov. Agbayani a few years back but I do not know what happenned to this organization (ya kuan). Very obvious that the governor was not very supportive of the promotion of the literary arts in Pangasinan. There's also the Ulupan na Pansiansia'y Salitan Pangasinan.
