I am sorry in turning upside down your stomach. You must realize this recipe how yucky it may be, is in the culture. It goes hand in hand with anything offered in a true Pangasinan table.

The cuisine. In your worldly travels you should have seen everything. You live in Union City in California and if you cross the Rio to Mexico you'll find that a recipe akin to "Bagisen" can be found in their tables. Pork blood stuffed inside the small intestines then fried. And if you fly eastward to Puerto Rico you would find the same cuisine. And if you were in Scotland, you will find the national dish….haggis. And Germany…the cannibal burger. Did you know how the French eat their fries?
