Just to straighten things

To: Fernando P. Estrada,
I did not put your medical embellishments because I am not sure if you are a good doctor or just being ordinary undeserving of such titles. I am obligated to answer you back to what you said as lies and straighten things out.
Records show that you’re a general surgeon with a practice located at 701 Ostrum St., Bethlehem, PA along the banks of the muddy Monocacy Creek. That there are no outstanding or previous disciplinary actions against you either on the state or federal level for the last five years. Previously, it didn't show.
The problem was your post on the 25th claiming yourself doing practice in the field of general and vascular surgery. How you lied is unbelievable. Also, you did not respond if your patients are mostly on Medicaid. Silence on your part is admission of guilt. General Surgery, despite its name, is a surgical specialty that focuses on surgical treatment of abdominal organs; e.g. intestines, esophagus, stomach, colon and other organs in the lower tract. Vascular Surgery deals exclusively with surgical interventions of the arteries and veins, as well as conservative therapies for the diseases of the peripheral vascular system.
This is the spur of a lie on the specialties you claimed you are in. Vascular Surgery, previously considered a field within general surgery, it is now a specialty in its own right. As a result, training has been, or being re-structured from having to complete full general surgery training, to being trained in vascular surgery alone from start to finish. You get my drift, Fernando?
As of this writing these specialties are separate. You will never allow yourself to do vascular surgery which you don’t have extensive training or you'd get your ass dragged to a malpractice suit.
Your fear of sky rocketing cost of malpractice insurance can be blamed on you and your fellow “doctors” blatant and gross mistakes in the operating table. It’s a fact in modern American medicine that thousands of doctors out there are incompetent….mostly foreign medical graduates records show… performing medical procedures Apo Rufing of San Fabian will be put to shame.
You came to America in 1975 and you said started practice in 1981 which means you graduated in Manila. In between this period, you did residency at St. Luke’s Hospital just after you arrived. It is highly not believable that before coming you were assured residency at St Luke’s Hospital, which I find not only ridiculous but obtuse because I know people who came that same time whose applications were filed after the fact.
From that time on, you did not move out of Bethlehem to seek better and profitable practice like New York which is only a few hours away where the crow flies.
What kept you moving out of Pennsylvania? Is it because your license to practice medicine is by reciprocity not by written exam? Don’t tell me you love that place so much it breaks your heart. With your newly found friend Oriel from Canada, who knew nothing about America, don’t completely believe what you see that word city emblazoned on Bethlehem’s marquee or Oriel’s insane dependence on the internet.
Do your homework!
