A Think-Tank/Do-Tank for Pangasinan

Whoever that Pangasinense that will be elected to office it will be the same story. Let us tap the overseas Pangasinenses scattered all over the world to contribute 1 percent of their income on a monthly basis to a Pangasinan Think-Tank/Do-Tank Group based in USA. There is so much of financial resources as well as intellectual resources of overseas Pangasinenses all over the world that could be pooled together to support a very aggressive Pangasinan Think-Tank /Do-Tank group that will aggressively legally approach corruption, fraud , dishonesty, etc of those who govern as well as the governed.
The basic problem is that the people who govern as well as the governed don't follow the law. We need massive money to finance such group. We need 100 million dollars to finance such Proactive Group, and a personality and quality of that of Ermin Garcia Sr. who will run such Pangasinan Think-Tank?/Do-Tank Group. Filipinos overseas remit to the Philippines 8 billion dollars a year. How much do Pangasinenses remit to Pangasinan a year? 100 million dollars is achievable I think to start the ball rolling.
Dear Fellow Pangasinenses, I want to hear from you. We need outside" force" based in USA to get things in order in Pangasinan. This will serve as a model to the whole Filipino nation.
