Where’s the accounting for past festivals?

The Pista’y Dayat festival SHOULD NOT BE HELD UNTIL THERE IS A FULL ACCOUNTING OF THE EXPENDITURES FROM THE PREVIOUS ONE. Let public pressure force or embarrass the offending parties into doing the right thing. I suspect a big chunk of the monies spent on the last one ended up in the pockets of those refusing to account for the expenses. What do you have to say, Councilors Aquino and Reyna? The public deserves better. This is one of the reasons why there should be a day counter in the Punch to show the period of INACTION of these public servants.
