Ms. Ric,
Allow me to put in my 2 cents worth. In my humble opinion, these people in Urduja are just a bunch of power hungry freaks. If I recall correctly, in the last elections, an Agbayani ran for congress, another for mayor of Sual (the singer, I think), and Victor for governor. Can you get any more power hungry than these people?? Fortunately for us, only one won.
I agree with you, Ms. Ric that Dr. Jamie should just run with Lambino. But the sad truth of it all is that this is almost impossible knowing how this family desperately wants to stay in power. Dr. Agbayani says she wants to oversee some unfinished projects of the governor? Her husband does not have the luxury of time? PLEASE!!! Spare us the bull, will you. This is an insult to the voters. Isn't 9 years as governor enough time? What luxury of time are you looking for? Perpetual reign? Dyad ando lan ando, amen?
The educated voters, the ones whose votes are not for sale, can see right through your diabolical plans. In my opinion, you do not have to remain in office to "oversee" your unfinished projects. Just work well with the next governor and do a proper turn-over. Inform the new governor of the status of these projects, etc. If something fishy is done to these projects by the next governor, expose it through media. Write to the Sunday Punch. It's that simple. Or, you can run as Vice Governor, Congressman, etc.
Believe me, there are a lot of ways. But it is so obvious you people only want to have the highest seat in the province. I wonder why.
