Mr. Pontaoe, you are out of touch with time when you said, “The Philippines you loved is nothing but a flotsam in the sea of unparalleled corruption. Captained by a fool and a drunken crew… they’ve nowhere to go but down. What will you expect in this grand drama of deception?” Cannot move on and got stuck reliving Estrada’s regime?

Already 2007…. better sprout up and stop living in the past. Isn’t that the time when our beloved Philippines became nothing but a flotsam or a shipwreck when the captain and the crew all went down after their real life grand drama was halted by a massive second wave of People’s Power? You cannot deny it because that outrageous tragedy in Philippine history was shown live worldwide mesmerizing millions of flabbergasted people around the world watching the drama unfold before their eyes. What on earth are you and others like you still expecting in that real life grand drama that you mentioned and accurately described like a good movie scriptwriter or movie producer and director. I thought smart guys like you had known by now the big difference between reel and real life. The truth is loud and clear, your own reality just like the others we know is more unreal than fantasy world.

My post on the 8th…5th paragraph that you mentioned in your previous posting insinuated accurately what you mean to suggest to the Filipinos on how to win the future. Your suggestion is all bull, exactly like you said and meant. What else is new? We know you already. Everything you say in the forum is without question lacking in form and substance except what is all in the bull. You are a true Machiavellian and I am not. That’s what set us apart. We are opposite.

According to Wikipedia, “High Machs tend to take a more detached, calculating approach in their interaction with other people. They tend to believe most people are concerned only with their own well-being and to depend too much on anyone else is foolish. They believe some of the most efficient ways to achieve a goal are to use deception, rewards, promises, flattery, and even punishments to manipulate others into doing their bidding. To them, power may be more important than love.” If you and others think that your bull suggestion is a better way to win the future then, by all means, tell the rest of Filipinos to go for it. I am quite sure that nobody will go for it because they know if it is a bull when they see one. Oops, I almost forgot about your naive followers. Obviously, there are always exceptions to the rule.

I suggested those good books about bull to inform others that bull, not Mr. Pontaoe’s kind of bull, represent life energy, truth and action and to help those who need to rediscover their true nature. The time is ripe for Filipinos to show the true nature of the country and its people by changing all the things that need to be changed for the better or for the best. It is time for Filipinos to unite as a team by carrying together the full burden of moving the country forward and to showcase to the whole world the real beauty and strength of the true Philippine tradition of Bayanihan spirit.

Let us all together make our world a Garden of Eden or Shangri-la or whatever you call it as long as it is a paradise we can all share. I am confident that Filipinos for better Philippines can come out with reliable, excellent and more superior suggestions on how to solve the predicament of our homeland, the land of our birth.

By the way, do not forget to watch the premier showing of “Paraiso”, a Gawad Kalinga movie coming soon to the theatres near you. It is a reel life story based on real life true story. The following is an excerpt from “The Way of the Bull” written by a famous author and teacher, Mr. Leo F. Buscaglia - “The only thing that is certain for us is change. To battle change is to waste our time; the battle can never be won. To become the willing ally of change is to assure ourselves of life. As long as we have hope, we have direction, the energy to move, and the map to move by. We have a hundred alternatives, a thousand paths and infinity of dreams.

Hopefully, we are half-way to where we want to go; hopeless, we are lost forever.” Mr. Sison is right on target, bull’s-eye, when he said, “Mr. Pontaoe, you sound like a defeated person giving up all hope on the Philippines.” Godspeed to all.
