Mr. Oriel,

I admire your courage and the stamina in fighting a battle you can't win. This glorious idea of yours is not in question but how it's implemented - the acceptability of the concept. It seems, until now, you don't have the slightest grasp, the impression on the current Filipino mentality. I wouldn't blame you that living in the past put you in a position of misunderstanding. You and I have been thru this before, remember? Now, you dug from the grave the notion that Ramos was the promoter of this sentiment. There's a time you initiated the fancy of Ramos as president bypassing Congress in the mold of Marcos. Check your notes.

That's why everything you say in this Forum is not only questionable but lacking in form and substance. You are proficient, Mr. Oriel. I tell you that. You're one of those who give the Forum its liveliness. Your post on the 8th…5th paragraph…insinuated I suggested ways to change the methodology of Philippine governance. In my post on the 7th did not offer anything but condemnation, disgust and the undying belief the Philippines as a lost cause. You outrightly lose your grip. The problem of monologue… your standard.

When I said, "Its all bull" on your reasoning, it does not mean to say; the Bulls of Pamplona… a Papal Bull… a Red Bull… the battle of Bull Run… Sitting Bull of the Lakota… a Bullwhip… the Chicago Bulls but more than that. I meant bullshit - pardon my word - that American originality which means talking nonsense with the intention of deceiving or misleading. Well, Mr. Oriel, good night and good luck.
