Sudden change of temps and a wild burst of spring shook me up from hibernation, Ms. Ric. And voila, I found myself unbelieving what I am reading in a string of peevish occurrences that I fervently hoped wouldn’t happen.

First, the post of Mr. Oriel on the 21st …4th paragraph….on his argument about competency and the commission of capital sins in employment in relation to Arroyo. He argued that nobody employed can be fired with illegitimate reason at all. I tried hard not to poke my nose in the triumvirate in their most dedicated outbursts of reasoning but this one caught my fancy.

With all due respect Mr. Oriel, you’re right if we are talking possibly 5 to 10 years ago. There is an enormous change in the rooms of Human Resources concerning policy of employee retention. To circumvent the right of an employee to sue or file a grievance thru arbitration the idea of EMPLOYMENT AT WILL was imposed on people looking for work meaning…. you’ll have to sign a waiver upon employment that you could be released at will without cause. And in relation to Arroyo and her kind - they are elected to be dismissed by the voters at they deem pleases.

Secondly, the scandalous and bungled towing contract. JDL Towing is out of the ballgame but Clowncilor Teofilo Guadiz III, the marvelous servile dependent and yes man tried still to breathe life into it when he advised The Benjie to put on hold the towing activity upon proper scrutiny if it exist.

The nerves of men/women in public service without remorse. He who walks like a turkey…gobbles like a turkey…thinks like a turkey…he’s a TURKEY.
