Keep the overpass safe

On this overpass that's about to be completed near DCNHS, I hope for the safety of the children and anyone using that bridge that they intend to build a higher fence/barricade on either side, say at least 6-ft. high. That is a major road running under it, and kids will be kids. They'll be running and shoving each other getting through there. It's a disaster waiting to happen if they leave those rails at their current height right now.
