There's a Backpack project going on all over Pangasinan for needy children, kabaleyan election is just around the corner and for aspiring "Juan de la Cruz" eyeing a set for barangay chairman/council please don't take advantage of this project for your own political gain. Ang dami nang nag papapogi.
