Wrong priorities of city government

To the government of Dagupan City, I disagree about you said about taxpayers. Why should people pay the tax if they don’t get any service from the government? In other countries, they tax but we get service from the government. A family gets help for each child. We have welfare if you don’t have work. They pickup your garbage twice a week, and at the end of the year, we have tax rebates.

Why should people from Dagupan pay tax if they don’t get any help from the government? Where do the money go? Why should the poor people pay the tax if they don’t have any income? How can they pay tax when most people have to work in the fishpond but can no longer fish around the river. Dawel River is so polluted. My father fished in that river for a living for the last 10 years, but why did they let that allow the river to be polluted? Most people get their fish from our river to live day by day, and now they have difficulty, and still you want them to pay tax? Why don’t you help them find a job, and take care of the environment and nature for the future of our grandchildren? Why make a bridge, if you don’t have the budget? Why put the money in the bridge instead of buying hospital equipment and instruments for the health of the people? Health and education for children are more important than bridges. Thank you so much.
