Execution will go a long way

Mr. Oriel:

My recommended solution reflects my view and the entire world’s view (#126 out of the more than 160 countries) of the degree of corruption in the Philippines. You are entitled to your recommended solution to the problem. It does not mean killing 360 people a year since corruption will stop immediately maybe after a few executions. How many people were affected or even killed from the corruption done by General Garcia and what happened to his case? Executing one corrupt person in the Philippines will go a long way towards saving others especially the poor.

As I have said previously, I do not want to argue with you because you are always right like GMA who keep on starting to stop corruption. It is like a vehicle that is always in the starting mode or neutral, not even in the first gear after so many years. So my dear Filipinos, DONT WORRY, BE HAPPY BECAUSE GMA’S ANTI-CORRUPTION PROGRAM IS ON THE WAY. Your calculation of 15 billion could be less if you are realistically looking at the entire budget. I must remind you that corruption happens everywhere but to a much lesser degree and it is always exposed. Remember the CROCUS fund?
