It’s about political maturity

Mr. Oriel, the Philippine system of governance is not broken it is the political maturity and responsibility that needs to be fix. An analogy of the current Pinoy political situation: A Lexus car is an excellent vehicle however, if it is driven by a 12 year old child, a disaster is likely to happen on the open road. So political responsibility and maturity is needed to fix the problem that is besetting the island.

BTW, Canada is not mature as it seems Mr. Oriel. Quebec province wants to separate from the "English" speaking provinces so your vaunted country needs to fix its own house before it could be used as a good example.
