The better law school

Mr. Munoz, I would posit that UPANG is the better law school since it has been in existence longer and has a roster of seasoned law professors. (Note: some bias here since I attended there.) However any distinction made would in the near future prove moot and academic. Since last time I heard there is a move to combine the two into one. Thereby leaving LNU law school. The Duques who own LNU now also control UPANG. Another alternative for you might be VMUF law or SLU in Baguio.

AS for your second query it would be best to write/inquire from the Bar admission's section of the Supreme Court of the Philippines. My hunch is that one (a foreign law graduate) would not be qualified to take it outright given the stringent requirements imposed on local graduates.
