MOTHER GOOSE WRITING CHAMPION — Manuel Ma. Mason Yao III, a grade 4 student at Mother Goose-Dagupan, is the school’s story writing and poetry writing champion in his level during the recent Festival of Words. Yao, a consistent honor student, has been a consistent writing winner since his preparatory years. He is a son of former city councilor Manny Yao, now the editor of La Isla, the in-flight magazine of Air Philippines and Sonia Garvida Yao, former municipal councilor from Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte. With him is Ms. Julie Palaroan, school principal of Mother Goose Special School System-Dagupan.
