Is the LXS Builder owner Alexander Siapno they are referring in the bidding for Magsaysay Park , the son of Dagupan Ex-Vice mayor Felipe Siapno and Honorata Guadiz Siapno , the aunt of Dagupan City councilor Teofilo Guadiz lll. So if my guess is right, he is the first cousin of councilor Guadiz? Nagtatanong lang po.
