MEDICINES FOR MENTAL HEALTH - The board of management of the Philippine Mental Health Association, Inc., Pangasinan-Dagupan City-San Carlos City Chapter receives medicines donated by Mrs. Rosario Ramos Catubig and Mrs. Remedios Domantay from USA.
