Referral is not a done deal

Dear Mr. Garcia,

Due to a busy schedule and for health reasons, it is only now that I am able to browse the net and read your column. I have moved for the referral of the Bugnay issue to the committee of laws and ordinances in order to provide the sanggunian a summary of the facts and all of the legal issues being raised. We expect the report to be organized and extensive with all the necessary attachments thereto copy furnished all members of the Sanggunian. It does not however mean that the members of the plenary shall accept hook line and sinker whatever the committee recommends. I shall be conducting my own research.
