Mayor Rosario is worthy of emulation

Mayor Simplicio Rosario deserves the leadership award for his many important achievements in the short few years as Mayor of Binmaley.

To name a few, the plaza beautification, (except some squatter sari-sari stores are coming back again); dismantling of fish traps along the river which was robbing the poor from fishing of their meager source of livelihood, along the river; it is preventing the normal flow of the rivers causing inundation of the plaza and environs; also the river was being polluted because the water is stagnated. These are but a few of the many achievements he has already done.

I know "Rome was not built in one day" so we do not expect so much from the Mayor. But improvements he has done in so short a time of his incumbency is worthy of emulation for others to follow.
