Seemed like the City Development Council (CDC) was bypassed in this leasing of Magsaysay Park. Does the Benjie know what's going on in his city? Legal chicken Din-Din Baniqued and Rafael (Excuses) Baraan are calling the shots. Damn the law, it's not worth the paper written on.Anyway, the law according to these two "asoaso's" is there to be broken. In retrospect, how much is needed to grease palms to have this lease go thru? Just asking.
