Kuya Jess, my friend Jose Delpin Sr. from Seattle, Washington, your ex. tourmate for several years esp. 70's, wants to have a race against the oldies who are still active in racing. He told me he can still beat those young kids from the Philippines. He’s asking you a favor, if there’s a Masters event from Pangasinan this coming year. He told me that his heart still feels like a 25 year old, and he is willing to compete with 50 years old and above esp. with his tourmates like you. Manong Jose has a new Weapon a 2007 GIANT full carbon with a Dura-ace equipped. I will also pledge a monetary amount, only if there is a special event for the oldies. I will pledge the top three finishers + survivors if necessary.
