To Mr. Eduardo Pontaoe:

Thank you for the wonderful greetings on my 62nd birthday. I hope that someday we will meet personally if you do not mind. I need to go on seminars again to the CONUS to update my knowledge on environmental engineering and maybe during one of those trips we will have a chance to meet.

My wife's origin is Santa Barbara on her father side and I know the place quite well when we were constructing those irrigation structures back in 1967.
