Mr. Alvin Fernandez’s easy solution to solve the problem in Tondaligan shows how he will run Dagupan City when he will be the Mayor. To turn over Tondaligan to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources which will convert it into subdivision is a dumb idea.

Our city has beautiful undeveloped beaches but no civilized park to be proud of. What are you thinking, Mr. Fernandez?

Mr. Duque, I commend you for informing the public about these anomalies. Hopefully there will be more revelation to come out.
