A Punchphoto by Ray Zambrano "Does anyone care?" is an appalling sight and environmental concern for every responsible citizens and politicians alike. Community leaders should start a program "adopt a kilometer long street" in order for this garbage to be collected and properly disposed. I am sure affluent local Pinoys and balikbayans who had been exposed to clean and aesthetic environment could be influential to the less traveled people who are desperately seeking leadership in this type of civic duty.Dear editor: How about SP taking the bull by its horn? Malimgas Pangasinan!
