Further to my previous posting about the simplistic reasons how China's greatness was attained as reported by the PCE is the fact that aside from the "one-child per family" policy is a recent policy of "one dog per family".

In the Philippines, especially under GMA and the Catholic Church, the policy is multiply like amoeba-bahala na ang DIYOS. GMA's policy to stop corruption is always in the "START" mode or "REVERSE". How many times did she make the pronouncements that she "WILL STOP CORRUPTION"?

So those delegations of GMA including the PCE were actually NOT THINKING when they were wondering why CHINA did it and Philippines did not. The answer is right with them-GMA. THINK ABOUT IT.
