Jun Velasco has a fetish for over blowing the situation without proper knowledge. He thinks he could get away with it. He's been like that since we'd known him. A faulty musical instrument… a used tire… an engine burning oil… an anathema to Sunday Punch's brand of journalism.At his age, is it possible to teach a worn old dog new tricks? It reminds me of Q telling James Bond, "Grow up double-0 7".
