Yes, save the Franklin Bridge!

I commend the decision of DPWH to preserve the ruins of Franklin Bridge. Respectfully suggest that the city government clear the place with squatters and clean the area to make it available to the public. The Franklin Bridge is part of Dagupan history. It is for us all to take care of it.
