Progress in Dagupan evident

Dear Mr. Eduardo Pontaoe,

We have to put the issues in the right context here. The Philippines is a third world country so expect the market to be dirty. Dagupan has gone leaps and bounds since I last visited the place.

When I left Dagupan 12 years ago, there was no mall… zilch nada none at all. Now we have three. And we can not blame one person for all our city’s' woes. It is a collective total…To quote a Manga film (Ghost in the Shell): A city is the DNA of a civilization…It is the sum total of a population's experiences in bricks and mortar….
