A 'Ladderized suit'?

What is the status of your libel suit against Mr. Pontaoe? I was expecting an announcement on the matter since you made it clear in your column before leaving for the CONUS that you will file such suit against Mr. Pontaoe. Where was the suit filed, Mr. Duque? Is it a sealed indictment that you can not talk about it?

A friend of mind jokingly told me to wait because the suit of Mr. Duque is a "LADDERIZED SUIT". James Bond frequently tells Q-"You must be joking". Where is the "Abangan ang susunod na kabanata" that you told your readers in your column before leaving for the CONUS?
