THE University of Luzon earned another feather to its cap.

UL made a first in history  when its College of Criminology was granted Level III status  by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA) last October 2.

Dr. MacArthur Samson Sr., UL president, said UL's College of Criminology is the very first criminology school in the entire country to have been granted Level III status.

He said the accreditation further boosted UL's claim to be the premier college in criminology not only in Region I but the entire country.

Dr. Samson was informed of the granting of Level III status by College of Criminology Dean Esther Vedana.

UL's College of Criminology, said Vedana, underwent accreditation process last July 13-15.
