Right on, Mr. Secretary Syjuco. You should talk not about empowerment but incompetence. The way you got away with words would make Noah Webster turn in his grave. Why give these poor students a mien of hope when there is nothing expected from your outlandish assurance of employment?Ladderized education? You break my heart. You seemed to think about the concrete ladders along the Columbia River where salmon will have to overcome to their spawning grounds. And you know how hard that is. These students will kill each other to have a morsel of work you are trying to throw at them. Is this new concept of discipline goes hand in hand with Gonzalo Duque's hotel restaurant management or HRM?
Looking seriously this is a euphemism for "Supermaids"… one of your un-brainy inventions where your ladderized kind of education fits. With leakage in every certifying board exams… the education system in a circus like atmosphere… you bet the country is going to the dogs.
