50% discount, a good idea

To the concerned citizens of Dagupan City.

I think the idea of giving the vendors a 50% discount on their rent will give everyone the opportunity to earn money especially its Christmas. We have to give everyone the chance to show our generosity. Without these people, Dagupan will not run. Please don’t forget that these people are taxpayers too just like everyone.

Have a very good Christmas to everyone in Dagupan… Mabuhay Pilipinas.
