The need to create legitimacy

A promise kept, is a promise delivered. To be or not to be is the question.Let us go full bore into the mendacity of such a debilitating problem that happened most of the time in the corrupt world of the Philippines licensing exams. Foremost, the exam was compromised, scandalized and jeopardized from the onset. Would it be rational to give an allowance to those whom others claimed are legit? I say, no. No elbow room… no bleeding heart…no compassion. Let them take another exam and let them earn their keep and the prestige of the profession it partakes.
Being commiserate… the tender mercies of the heart have no place in licensing a profession like nursing where lives of people are on the line. Nobody can afford an idiot nurse ministering to someone's medical needs where the pharmacology of drugs is most important when you are in an I.V. situation.
How do you monitor such exams to be free of deceit? Is it firing the solution where everybody on that board has a relative in congress? Thieves protect their own kind. Or, hire another country to dispense a necessity? Getting caught between a rock and a hard place is not what you want to be.
But, these examinees will have to live with a second exam to create legitimacy. That's the price you'll have to pay when you live in a country where the president herself on down are nefarious and debauched.
