BURIAL FOR A DOLPHIN — Eight men prepare to bury a rare Rissos Dolphin in a newly dug hole in the country's first and lone fish cemetery located inside the 24-hectare National Integrated Fisheries Technology Development Center in Bonuan Binloc in Dagupan City.
