If the senate is a body so inept, then they should have been abolished a long time ago. Perhaps during the time of Cory, FVR, or Erap. JDV wasn't complaining about the senate then when he was speaker during FVR’s term. The fact that President Gloria and JDV are hell-bent on charter change smells rotten.Payag ako sa charter change sa isang kundisyon- GMA, FVR, Noli and JDV take themselves out of the prime ministerial race.
