Make city tourist-friendly

Here's some ideas on how you can attract tourists in Dagupan:

Parking - Last time I was in the city, we ended up driving outside the city just to find a restaurant with parking in its vicinity. When we went back to do some shopping, we ended up not buying anything for fear of lugging our bags around a few blocks where we actually found parking.

Directions - Put up some decent signs as far as where the interesting places are. We had an out-of-town driver who was as clueless as we were in finding out where the roads lead to. The few signs you have are laden with other signs that it gets really confusing. Keep them simple. None of that "Left Turn Now" business. Post them a few meters ahead at least.

And finally, clean up the city. All those streamers - its information overload. They turn people off!

To shop owners and restaurant owners: I guess it's too much to ask for toilet papers in the bathrooms?
