NEW CHAPEL - Congressman Conrado Estrella III and Engr. Rosendo So, president of the Eastern Pangasinan Filipino-Chinese Chamber of Commerce, cut the inaugural ribbon for the newly constructed chapel of Camp Narciso Ramos in Tayug last September 15.
