An overcrowded jail is inhumane

First of all I'm not a lawyer. This happened in the States of Florida. The judges released the prisoner to maintain the capacity of the prison jail. Overcrowded jail is inhumane and in violation of human right or violation of existing laws. Here in America, the hearing will finish in one week or two weeks. The procedure in the Philippines needs a complete overhaul to handle the individual cases. IBP, I hope you will petition the court to move forward to the right solution. Regards.
