Where can we get the seedlings?

Dear Mr. Pablico,

As a Sunday Punch avid reader, i have read your column with regards to the New rice Varieties by NSIC and my father is very interested regarding the matter. It would be greatly appreciated if you could please let us know how and where we can get the seedlings (Binhi) for this variety. Thank you very much in advance for your great help Mr. Pablico and hope to hear from you soon.
