Lighted like a ghost city

I was in Dagupan last August and saw the lighted streets in the evening. The newly installed lights make only the streets dark and look like a ghost city. It made me only scared. It is very inviting and friendlier for the delinquents. Why not try installing day lights instead? Hope our city will be cleaned up and organized too, so that we can attract more tourists and realize the city as a dream not only local but international.
