A solution for the EWs

My respect goes to Clowncilor Alex de Venecia, to have a heart in helping those EWs who can hardly make ends meet. If the problem is the funding of these EWs, there is one solution I can recommend… which even the people of Dagupan could agree. Let The Benjie, the Clowncilors, legal chicken Baniqued and those hangers on… those flunkies who are through FOREGO their salaries for the whole year and save these people from hunger.

Also, cancel all the junkets and all the educational rub-a-dubs that these morons imposed on the people. Will they do it? Possible. But, these leeches are not so easily removed form bloodsucking they are doing on that ever accommodating animal called… Dagupan.
