Lighted like a ghost city

I was in Dagupan last August and saw the lighted streets in the evening. The newly installed lights make only the streets dark and look like a ghost city. It made me only scared. It is very inviting and friendlier for the delinquents. Why not try installing day lights instead? Hope our [...]
